By using the McNab Ridge Winery website and placing orders, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
Age Requirement
You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase wine from McNab Ridge Winery. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you meet the legal drinking age requirement in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to cancel any order where age verification cannot be confirmed.
Shipping
We ship wine to states where direct-to-consumer shipping is permitted by law. An adult signature (21+) is required upon delivery. We are not responsible for orders refused at delivery or undeliverable due to incorrect addresses. Please verify your shipping address before completing your order.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of wine and applicable state laws, we generally cannot accept returns of wine once shipped. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will work to resolve the issue.
Wine Club Membership
Wine club memberships require a minimum of one (1) shipment before cancellation. Members may cancel at any time after their first shipment by contacting us at least 30 days before the next scheduled release date. Shipment charges are non-refundable once processed.
